Associate Director

Jerry Francis, PE, PS is the Associate Director of the Project Delivery Department. His background is in civil and structural engineering, steel detailing, project management, and construction inspection and management. He is responsible for construction management and EPC processes and projects and has successfully managed large multi-discipline engineering and EPC projects for the food, petrochemical, and consumer goods industries. He began his career with Matrix in 1998. Jerry is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio and seven other states and is a Registered Professional Surveyor in Ohio.
