Matrix Technologies has an experienced team of Automation Engineers that serve our clients in a Service Capacity. These individuals have been hand selected to work service based on their history of client satisfaction and varied skillsets.

Each Matrix Service team member has a background with delivering automation projects (from the ground up). This project experience helps Matrix Service Team members quickly resolve even the most complex of automation issues.

The Matrix service team works closely with client maintenance and electricians to resolve a variety of production automation related issues. Most of the time, we find that these issues can be resolved easily and quickly via remote access and phone calls, but on-site needs can also typically be supported.
