Construction Management services can be provided in a variety of arrangements, including:
Construction Cost Management – This is a fee-based service in which our construction manager is responsible exclusively to the customer and acts in the customer’s interests at every stage of the project to maintain the best possible construction from a schedule, cost, and maintenance standpoint.
CM-At Risk – In this arrangement, Matrix takes on the entire responsibility for the construction to meet a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). We work in the interests of the owner, but also must keep the overall project costs below the GMP price.
