Matrix Transformation Assessment
With the Matrix Transformation Assessment (MTA), we will help you with every step of your transformation journey from developing the digital strategy to integrating an entire enterprise. The process includes an assessment of your current manufacturing maturity, a potential technical strategy road map, and a proof of concept that will help you build out your digitally transformed enterprise.
– Our process starts with a 23-point questionnaire that evaluates your organization across 10 dimensions including operations, infrastructure, and strategy. The results are provided on a scale which indicates your current maturity level. You will be able to view your score relative to all companies and other companies within your market vertical.
– It continues with sessions that include meetings with Engineering, IT, Operations, Quality and Leadership. There are topics that are common for all of the sessions: How do internal and external customers interact with the group? And, topics that are unique to the group: How does maintenance calculate Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)? Breakout sessions will be added as needed.
– The results from the questionnaire and group sessions are compiled and used to develop a potential transformation road map. This includes the technology that should be considered, minimum technical requirements and a strategy that guides how future technology will be adopted throughout.
– The process concludes with a report that documents the information from the MTA process. This includes a potential proof-of concept that is broken down by phases that can be executed as stand-alone efforts. The recommended architecture and technology is the first step of your transformation journey.
