Tim Lemoine, Terry DuMoulin and Deborah Zimmerman are promoted

Matrix Technologies is pleased to announce the following promotions: Tim Lemoine, PE promoted to Associate Director of Engineering, Terry DuMoulin promoted to Associate Director of Industrial Services Division and Deborah Zimmerman, PE promoted to Associate Director of Project Management.
Tim Lemoine, PE has been with Matrix for 21 years and has held positions of Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Group Leader, Sr. Project Manager, Department Manager, and more recently as Senior Manager. Tim has a BSEE and MBA from The University of Toledo and is a PE in the State of Ohio. Tim became a Matrix shareholder in July 2006.
During a brief break from Matrix, Tim held positions with Daimler Chrysler and Festech Software Solutions as a Business Analyst and Account Manager respectively. Prior to Matrix, he worked as an engineer for Pantron Corporation.
“Tim has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the Power Instrumentation Controls and Safety Department. He does this by constantly looking for innovative ways to help customers and expand our services for them,” said David Bishop, President and CEO of Matrix.
Terry DuMoulin has been with Matrix for 17 years and has held positions of Engineer, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Department Manager, and more recently as Senior Manager. He became a Matrix shareholder in July 2006. Terry has a BSEE from The University of Toledo. Prior to Matrix, Terry worked as a Project Engineer for Tecumseh Products.
In his new role, Terry will help the continued development of the Industrial Systems Division through innovative approaches to project staffing and execution, while focusing on customer satisfaction.
“Terry has directly maintained some of our top customers while simultaneously being an integral part of the Industrial Systems Division staffing and production planning process,” said Bishop.
Deborah Zimmerman, PE has been with Matrix for over 9 years and has held positions of Project Engineer, Group Leader, Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager. She has a BSEE from Ohio Northern University and is a PE in the State of Ohio. Deborah became a Matrix shareholder in January 2014.
Deborah worked for Matrix for nearly seven years before taking a role of Mathematics Instructor for St. Ursula Academy. She returned to Matrix in 2011 where she has continued to excel in her project management responsibilities. Prior to Matrix, she held engineering positions at Orbital Engineering, SSOE, and BP Chemicals, Inc.
In her new role, Deborah will perform an important liaison role for the project management division in the Maumee headquarters, coordinating daily project management activities.
“Deborah’s solid communication skills and attention to detail lead to her excellent results as a project manager for some of Matrix Technologies’ most important customers,” commented Bishop.
