A Message from Matrix Technologies and COVID-19

Matrix Technologies has been monitoring the rapidly changing Coronavirus pandemic situation, day-by-day, hour-by-hour and minute-by-minute. The rapid changes of the past two weeks are enough to astound you. New challenges seemingly come on a continuous basis.

What we have noticed and been encouraged by is the resilience of our clients, employees and the American people in general when faced with this challenge. As we start to steady ourselves somewhat, we must also remain on guard for the next change in direction.

The number one priority for us is the health and safety of our team, their families and the clients we serve. The Matrix team operates across seven regional offices (https://matrixti.com/about-matrix-technologies/locations/) and many remote employees, so while this sudden change in working environment was quick, we were able to adapt seamlessly. Our teams are mostly remote today, but still actively working on their project assignments. We continue to serve your interests day to day.

At Matrix, we remain committed to servicing and supplying our customers in these uncertain times. Unnecessary travel is severely limited out of caution, but as an Essential Critical Infrastructure Supplier, our engineering team is still able to travel when required, following guidelines by the government and the client to ensure safety. Remote connectivity allows us to support most systems from wherever we may be, so if you need more immediate help, please ask. Many of our clients have called upon our Industrial Control and Automation System Support services to backfill staff that may not be available onsite.

Our in-house 3D laser scanning capability is another way to provide quick, efficient and accurate field information while limiting travel. This technology has helped our customers keep critical projects moving forward effectively.

Matrix Technologies Inc is actively working day by day with our customers for planning upcoming projects utilizing web technology for communication. As we have done for many years, we are helping develop a solid scope of work, technical expertise, deliverables, cost estimates and schedules for project planning purposes during this time. Our goal is to help our customers stay ahead of the game for their upcoming projects.
