Matrix Technologies names new shareholder in the corporation!

Prominent Process Design & Automation Engineering Company adds a new shareholder in the corporation.
Matrix Technologies, Inc., one of the largest system integration and industrial engineering firms in North America, is pleased to announce the addition of a new shareholder in the corporation, Brett Kachenmeister.
Matrix Technologies is owned and operated by a group of full-time employees. “Our people are the strongest asset of the company,” said David Bishop, President/CEO. “We select new shareholders from our existing staff based on their contribution to the corporation. Those that build customer relationships and teams that solidify our future are on the top of the list,” said Bishop.
Brett Kachenmeister is a Department Manager in the Industrial Systems Division, in the Maumee, OH office. Mr. Kachenmeister began his career at Matrix Technologies in 1998 as a Project Leader. He holds an Associate Degree in Industrial Electricity and an Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Robotics from Terra Technical College. In addition, he has knowledge and experience with multiple PLC, HMI and control platforms over the past 26 years. He has an excellent ability to onboard and train new engineers, and has helped some of our newest talent grow and excel in their role at Matrix.
“His focus for the past five years has been working with our Associate Engineers to help onboard them as efficiently as possible to further strengthen the long-term sustainability of the Matrix organization,” said Mr. Bishop. “Because of this, his department has been unofficially labeled “The Training Department”.
“Brett also has developed and maintained key customer relationships which strengthens the overall corporation”, said Bishop.
