Matrix Technologies, Inc., a Manufacturing Process Design and Automation Engineering firm with its corporate office in Maumee, Ohio, is pleased to announce the addition of two new shareholders in the corporation, Deborah A. Zimmerman, PE and Scott R. Saneholtz, PE.

“The selection of new shareholders in Matrix Technologies is a very important event for our company, our employees and our customers”, said David Bishop, President of Matrix Technologies. “We have a long term plan that maintains our corporate culture, provides for smooth management transitions and ensures we will maintain the level of customer service that our clients have come to expect”.

Deborah Zimmerman, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager and the Program Manager for one of our largest food industry clients. Ms. Zimmerman first began her career with Matrix Technologies in 1995 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University. Deborah manages our multi-discipline engineering and controls system integration projects for a number industries including food, oil refining, and chemical. “Deb’s attention to detail and very structured approach to project management is just what our customers expect from our team. Her style and approach embody the ideal customer experience we wish to portray”, said David Bishop.

Scott Saneholtz, P.E. is the Department Manager of the Process Solutions Department. Mr. Saneholtz began his career at Matrix Technologies in 2004. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a registered professional engineer in Ohio, Michigan, and Florida. Scott has extensive experience in the process design of facilities in the refining, chemical, and food industries. “Scott has built the consummate process engineering team for the corporation. We have greatly expanded and solidified our process and mechanical engineering offering under his leadership”, said David Bishop.
