Matrix Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of two new shareholders in the corporation, Charles Sheets, P.E. and Jason Perry, P.E.

“The selection of new shareholders in Matrix Technologies is a very important event for our company, our employees and our customers,” said David Bishop, President of Matrix Technologies. “We have a long term plan that maintains our corporate culture, provides for smooth management transitions and ensures we will maintain the level of customer service that our clients have come to expect”.
Charlie Sheets, P.E. is the Director of the Industrial Systems Division. Mr. Sheets first began his career with Matrix Technologies in 1984. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A in marketing, both from the University of Toledo. Charlie has extensive experience in control system design and engineering, having worked in multiple industries including metals, mining, chemical and food and beverage. “Charlie is very focused on improving the business processes and efficiency of Matrix,” said David Bishop.
Jason Perry, P.E. is the Department Manager of the Controls Department. Mr. Perry has held multiple positions at Matrix since joining the company in 2002, including Engineer, Project Engineer and Associate Department Manager. “Jason has a passion for the work that Matrix Technologies does, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction,” said David Bishop. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a graduate of Heidelberg University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics.
