Matrix Technologies, Inc. Names New Shareholders in the Corporation!

Prominent Process Design & Automation Engineering Company adds three new shareholders in the corporation.
Matrix Technologies, Inc., one of the largest system integration and industrial engineering firms in North America, is pleased to announce the addition of three new shareholders in the corporation, Jeremy Gibbs, Dan Crisman and Danny Henderson, PMP.
Matrix Technologies is owned and operated by a group of full-time employees. “The people of Matrix are what makes the company successful,” said David Bishop, President/CEO. “We choose new shareholders from our existing staff based on their contribution to the corporation. Those that best exemplify our core values are the top of the list for selection,” said Bishop. “The new shareholders this year are great examples of what it takes to be part of our long term plans.”
In addition to becoming a shareholder, Jeremy Gibbs is being promoted to Senior Manager in our Sales and Marketing Department. Mr. Gibbs began his career with Matrix Technologies in 2011 he holds a Bachelor’s of Science Inter-disciplinary Engineering degree from Purdue University. Mr. Gibbs is also a Distinguished Graduate of Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Field Training. He also has over 18 years of experience in the industrial automation marketplace, holding various positions such as engineer, department manager, and corporate account manager.
Along with developing several new top customers during his tenure at Matrix he extended third-party relationships with distributors and OEMs. “Jeremy has taken the initiative to help develop and grow the corporation through increased sales opportunities and multi-office engagements, while also participating in several strategic initiatives and task forces to improve the operations of the company as a whole,” commented Mr. Bishop.
Dan Crisman, is a Department Manager in the Engineering Systems Division, in the Indianapolis office. Mr. Crisman began his career at Matrix Technologies in 1999 as a Project Engineer. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, IN. In addition, he has knowledge and experience with Electrical Control Panel Design, schematics, MCC design, safety circuit design, VFDs, field wiring, and installation.
“Dan has grown and adapted through his career to meet the needs of our Indianapolis office,” said Mr. Bishop. “He was recently placed in charge of our Engineering Services Department in the Indianapolis office, and that has been a very successful endeavor for him.”
Danny Henderson, PMP, is a Project Manager for Matrix Technologies. Mr. Henderson began his career at Matrix Technologies in 2003. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has been instrumental developing and managing the projects of several key customers.
“Two traits that are always evident in Danny’s work are his dedication to follow our quality system and his fiscal responsibility related to project work. It is these traits that made him a great choice for project management and a Matrix Shareholder,” said Bishop.
