Matrix Technologies is excited to announce the launch of our Manufacturing Intelligence Division (MI). The MI Division enables our trusted clients to embrace the 4th Industrial Revolution by unlocking critical information and data at all levels of the Enterprise for use by all consumers. MI is considered a natural extension to Matrix Technologies’ “Single Source Capability”. We help our partnering clients Digitally Transform their entire Enterprise by leveraging “Best in Class” Software and Hardware Technology and Solution Stacks. Beginning with a Manufacturing Transformation Assessment, we help to co-develop our clients Digital Transformation Strategy to enable extensive support throughout their IT/OT Systems and Facility’s Lifecycle. We then co-develop a Strategic Roadmap, Change Management / Adoption plan and the Agile Implementation of the many functionalities built on Data Enablement that are required of a truly enabled I4.0 Enterprise.
