Matrix Hosts Project Management Summit

Recently, Matrix Technologies held a Project Management Summit at our corporate offices, attended by 25 people from our five regional offices. The mission of the PM Summit was to share ideas and training among our Project Managers to help them execute consistently well managed projects, resulting in satisfaction for our clients; thereby leading to repeat business opportunities and continuing growth. The summit goals include the following; achieve a common understanding of our company’s policies, procedures and tools, with a constant eye toward process improvement, discuss efficient ways to utilize our project management tools, and build rapport among the project management team in our multiple offices. This summit is just one of the many ways that Matrix is investing in the future of our company and our customer’s project needs.
