Matrix holds Project Management Roundtable

Recently, project managers from all of our offices gathered in Maumee for a project management roundtable, hosted by the Vice President of PM, Don Krompak. This day and a half long session focused on our project execution process, and the role of the project manager in the success of each and every project. There were a combination of presentations, document reviews, expert speakers and other valuable information shared and presented. This event is part of our continuous education program aimed at providing top-level service throughout our organization.
