Matrix Technologies is pleased to announce the following promotions: Bill Schuller, PE promoted to Vice President and Director of Engineering and Kevin Grohnke, PE promoted to Vice President and Director of Regional Operations.
Bill Schuller, PE has had a long a distinguished career with Matrix for 20 years. He joined Matrix as a Department Manager, became a Matrix shareholder in April 2002, and took on the role of Director of Engineering in 2006.
Bill has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University and is a PE in the state of Ohio. He also is the co-author of two U.S. Patents. Prior to Matrix, Bill worked for BP as an engineer and supervisor in various locations including Cleveland, Colorado, and Toledo.
Quality is a driving force for Bill. Bill has worked with the entire Engineering Team to develop the “Milestone Delivery Process”. “Bill and his team are always looking for improvements to their delivery process to drive quality deliverables to our clients,” said David Bishop, President and CEO of Matrix Technologies.
Kevin Grohnke, PE will continue to provide leadership to the Matrix regional offices – including Denver, Kansas City, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Indianapolis.
Kevin is part of a select group of employees who have spent their entire career at Matrix, having just recently celebrated his 30 year anniversary. Kevin started his career with Matrix as a co-op and moved through positions as an Engineer, Project Engineer, Group Leader, Senior Project Engineer, Department Manager, and Regional Manager. Kevin became a Director in 2006 and a Matrix shareholder in September 2007. He has a BSEE from The University of Cincinnati and is a PE in the state of Ohio.
“Kevin has been an integral part of our geographic diversity and expansion and has helped to expand our overall client base,” said David Bishop.
