Matrix Technologies recently held a semiannual corporate update for all employees of the corporation. Each of the offices was connected with video and audio feeds of the presentations. Matrix strives for open communication and fostering of teamwork throughout the company. Presentations were provided on financial, sales and marketing, human resources, engineering and software development topics. There was a combination of presenters including the president, vice-president and directors of strategic areas of the company. Each presenter was able to update the entire company on what their department or division is focusing on. Nearly all of the over 200 employees were able to attend the event, regardless of where they were located at the time.
