Sarah Shank, PE is a Project Engineer in the Process & Electrical Design Department of Matrix Technologies. Sarah has ten years of process and project engineering experience, with special focuses on safety relieving systems, plant utility designs, hydraulic analyses, and outage/turnaround project execution for clients across the chemical process and spirits industries. She joined Matrix in 2018 and is a current member of AIChE. She recently co-authored an article on cooling tower design (Chemical Engineering Progress, June 2019) and co-lectured on the topics of annual cooling tower water consumption and water resiliency at AIChE’s annual spring meetings in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
